Hi, Gabriel,
I am not a tag hardware kind of person. Here's my 2 cents of observation about this question.
1) When you look at your hard disk at your computer, you probably notice the write operation is much slower than read operation, usually is 2~4 times slower. Why is slower? it requires more steps in storing data on the media. Similarly, RFID write operation also involves more steps than read operation. If you ask me what more steps, I don't know. Someone with more knowledge will definitely tell you the reason.
2) You may notice, for best writing performance, your write range is significantly shorter than your read range. So use the write range number, not the read range, to decide how close your tag to the reader. |
