| Description | IDENTEC SOLUTIONS' ILR i-D2 tag is a sophisticated yet low-cost version of our Intelligent Long Range technology–based tags. It provides high-speed, real-time and accurate low-cost data collection for wireless applications such as identification, tracking and tracing of assets or personnel.
Due to its low power consumption, the i-D2 tag boasts a long life span, operating effectively for a minimum of six years. Additionally, the LED supports visual recognition suitable for pick-to-light applications. Sporting a slim credit card design for ease of placement, the i-D2 tag is an ideal and economical tracking solution for high-volume tracking of assets and/or personnel.
Using advanced ultra-high radio frequency (UHF) technology, i-D2 tags transmit and receive RFID data at distances of up to 6 meters (20 feet) from either a handheld or fixed RFID reader.
