Applied Wireless Identifications (AWID) is once again transforming the market landscape by offering the highest quality UHF Class 1 Generation 2 finished labels at the lowest price and selling them via the Internet.
With the high volume of global reader adoption, there has been a significant increase in demand for UHF Class 1 Generation 2 labels, yet costs are still high and product is not easily obtainable. Tags that do not perform in production are often a result of the printer or reader, not the tag, and is a problem plaguing the RFID industry.
Customers may select finished labels using integrated circuits (IC) manufactured either by Impinj or Royal Philips Electronics. The Philips UCODE EPC Gen 2 certified IC is often selected by customers for its high performance and extended user programmable memory.
