MTI Releases New RFID ME USB Desktop UHF RFID Reader |

Microelectronics Technology Inc. (MTI), a global leader in the supply of UHF RFID readers, announces READ ME, a new release in MTI's RFID ME product line of innovative reader solutions. READ ME is a small USB desktop reader complete solution with integrated EPC Class 1 Gen2 RFID reader module and embedded antenna in an elegant 80 mm (L) x 57 mm (W) x 14 mm (H) form factor housing. READ ME is based on Impinj R1000 silicon with excellent read and write performance for all EPC Class 1 Gen2 compliant tags. RU-824 provides adjustable transmit output level control up to +24 dBm in 1 dB steps, dense reader mode (DRM), anti-collision and remote firmware upload capabilities. Development Kits are available and include RU-824 reader, .NET SDK, GUI Demo SW and MTI low level command set API.
