SmartCode Corp, the world leading developer of low cost RFID solutions, announced the establishment of a new manufacturing center in Chicago, IL as part of the company strategic expansion plan. With the opening of the new Chicago center, SmartCode Corp. will broaden the market for its low cost, high performance EPC RFID products, enhance product availability in the US, Europe and Asia, and extends its Global distribution network.

The new manufacturing center will extend SmartCode's global manufacturing operations and will provide better availability for the local US market. SmartCode Corp. new manufacturing center in Chicago will also feature a R&D center, a quality assurance and testing facility and a distribution center for the US market. The new manufacturing plant complements SmartCode's Global presence in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Scandinavia, Middle East, Japan, Korea, Singapore, India, Thailand, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and mainland China and its Global Partnership network of over 200 added value service providers and distributors.
