|
[01/26/10]
With the expansion of the RFID Reader portfolio the ATEX RFID Expert company TECTUS reacts on many requests from customers around the globe for a multi-frequency ATEX RFID reader.
By using of the ATEX Zone 1 certified multi-frequency RFID reader which supports 125 kHz and 134 kHz FDX-B and HDX ATEX certified transponders customers are able to improve their logistics and automation processes in hazardous explosion prone industrial areas.
The new generation of the stationary robust reader can drive 2 independent operating ATEX RFID antennas. This feature and the use of the High Speed Mode CF/32 (FDX) provide cost effective fast and exact identification of objects. The capability of optimized adjustment of the antennas by using simple software commands eases the installation and saves costs. Beside the RS232/485 interfaces the integrated web-server makes the connection via Ethernet possible, so that the integration into existing networks could be done easily.
Actually LF RFID Read Only transponders based on EM4102/EM4200 CF/64 or CF/32, FDX-B and HDX transponders are supported.
Companies around the globe have already successful and profitable experience by using TECTUS ATEX RFID technology for optimization of their logistics in explosion prone areas (On- and Offshore, Oil & Gas, Mining, Chemical and Petrochemical industry).
